First Horizon Bank is seeking a Senior Retail Banking Leader to coach and manage Banking Center Managers, drive growth, and execute the Retail Banking strategy within the Market. The role emphasizes visionary leadership, collaboration, and a culture that prioritizes customer focus and associate engagement.

The successful candidate will partner with the Retail Banking Executive, foster a positive work environment, and actively participate in community leadership to support bank programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of experience or an equivalent combination, and 3+ years of high sales performance.

Responsabilités

• Coaches, leads and manages Banking Center Managers and teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Implement the vision for driving growth and profitability by executing on Retail Banking strategy within the Market.
• Provide visionary leadership to the Retail Banking team, fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Collaborate with peers and Retail Banking Executive to align goals with the overall organizational strategy.
• Model and demonstrate First Horizon Bank (Firstpower) culture, promoting a positive work culture and improving associate engagement and recognition.
• Involved in the community and serves in leadership in support of bank programs.
• Coaches and manages teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Implement growth and profitability vision for Retail Banking strategy.
• Provide visionary leadership and customer-focused culture.
• Collaborate with peers to align goals with organizational strategy.
• Promote culture and engagement and recognize achievements.
• Participate in community leadership in support of bank programs.
• Coaches and manages Banking Center Managers and teams to support execution.
• Drive sales process, member growth, cross-sell opportunities, and client base expansion.
• Deliver balance sheet and income statement results for the Market.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences and resolve escalated issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail Banking team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations; foster teamwork and growth.
• Communicate changes and help staff embrace them.
• Create and support a healthy climate, inspiring trust and engagement.
