Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Walmart is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Walmart and other retailer account management activities.
• Manage retailer systems, item setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates.
• Submit items in QMS.
• Coordinate with replenishment teams, operations, logistics, and overseas offices.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasting files, and retailer documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment flow, and item performance.
• Assist with modular updates, new item launches, and promotional tracking.
• Support buyer meetings, line reviews, and showroom preparation.
• Track samples, customer requests, and action items across departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with retail partners.
• Assist the Sales Director with account analysis and business reporting.
