Job summary

STOW Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Walmart and other retailer accounts, manage item setup and ongoing updates, and coordinate with replenishment, logistics, and overseas offices.

You will prepare and maintain sales reports, monitor inventory levels, assist with item launches, and support meetings and showroom prep. Strong Walmart systems knowledge, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Walmart and other retailer account management activities.

• Submit items in QMS.
• Coordinate with replenishment teams, operations, logistics, and overseas offices.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasting files, and retailer documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment flow, and item performance.
• Assist with modular updates, new item launches, and promotional tracking.
• Support buyer meetings, line reviews, and showroom preparation.
• Track samples, customer requests, and action items across departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with retail partners.
• Assist the Sales Director with account analysis and business reporting.
