Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead by example with strong work ethic, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
• Interview and hire qualified staff who meet company standards and align with the restaurant’s culture.
• Create work schedules to ensure full staffing and manage labor costs against targets.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
