Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Head of Sustainability to set the vision and lead the company’s environmental frontiers — climate, water, waste, packaging, and responsible sourcing — turning ambition into measurable impact.

You’ll partner with the leadership team, build and inspire a high performing ESG group, analyze data, close gaps with plans, and tell the ESG story to customers, suppliers and stakeholders from our Twin Falls, Idaho operation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years leading a sustainability organization.
• Ability to solve complex problems and reduce ambiguity.
• Strong communication and leadership to rally teams.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental sustainability pillars and ESG strategy.
• Develop and execute a sustainability vision.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Analyze data, identify gaps, and design corrective plans.
• Partner across supply chain, operations, and product development.
• Oversee ESG storytelling with metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and refine strategy.
• Act as spokesperson for sustainability and progress.
• Track progress and report to senior leadership.
