Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director of US Respiratory Provider Experience in Cambridge, MA to lead end-to-end provider journey optimization and cross-functional program execution. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HCP marketing, commercial operations, or field enablement within pharma/biotech
• Proven ability to improve provider engagement, office workflow, or adoption of specialty products
• Experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Access and Patient Support
• MBA or master’s degree in business/marketing/health management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end provider journey map for the Dupixent Respiratory molecular journey (COPD and Asthma)
• Lead clustering, prioritization, and account targeting decisions using data, field insights, and leakage point diagnostics
• Coordinate co-creation sessions with external stakeholders to design customer-centered solutions
• Serve as operational lead for Agile Pods and ensure sprint cycles deliver scalable assets and actionable outputs
• Build an account intelligence infrastructure with cross-functional teams and standardize field insight collection into journey maps
