Qualifications

• 8-10+ product brand management or strategic marketing experience in pharma/biopharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of the respiratory market; COPD/asthma experience preferred.
• Experience with market research and regulatory review processes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and R&D.
• Knowledge of AI's impact in healthcare is valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate science into actionable marketing strategies and tactics for core HCP targets.
• Develop Market Development strategic and tactical plan with ownership of deliverables and KPIs.
• Understand disease states, competitive landscape, and market to shape conditioning strategies.
• Serve as day-to-day Marketing lead for Respiratory Thought Leaders and major congresses.
• Lead Speaker Bureau, Advisory Boards, and cross-functional working groups.
