Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Respiratory in the Cambridge, MA area. The MSL will act as a scientific partner with external experts, delivering timely medical insights and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders to advance the therapeutic area.

The role requires advanced medical education (MD/PhD/PharmD preferred), 2+ years in respiratory or immunology, and ability to travel nationally and internationally. A company car and regulatory awareness support success in the field.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a technical, scientific or medical field (MD, PhD, PharmD preferred) or other life science degree.
2+ years of experience with Type 2 driven respiratory diseases or related immunology experience.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to pass background check.
Will drive a company car to daily meetings and appointments; comply with safety and policies.

Responsibilities

Engage external stakeholders one-on-one and in groups, sharing medical information based on approved materials.
Build and maintain long-term peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate diligence reviews, medical and safety evaluation, and lifecycle evidence planning.
Identify data collection opportunities and report insights to inform medical strategy.
Monitor disease epidemiology and support clinical trial opportunities within territory.
