LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to plan and manage production schedules, coordinating with production, sales, purchasing and management to ensure on‑time delivery. The role focuses on optimizing resources, monitoring progress, and resolving delays to maintain smooth operations.

This position requires 2+ years scheduling or production experience and familiarity with APS software.

Qualifications

• Education in operations, supply chain, industrial tech, or related field required.
• 2+ years scheduling or production experience preferred.
• Familiarity with APS software and production systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Coordinate with production, sales, purchasing and management to align schedules.
• Monitor and adjust schedules based on material availability and capacity constraints.
• Manage resources to optimize labor, materials and equipment usage.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages affecting production or delivery.
• Generate production reports and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Identify issues, implement corrective actions and maintain smooth operations.
