Job summary

Arcadis in Columbus, OH, seeks a Resource Planner to drive frontline workforce planning and talent deployment across pursuits and projects. You will partner with Sector leaders and WFP Directors to manage demand, improve data quality and enable proactive planning.

Responsibilities include maintaining a reliable 12‑week forecast, surfacing recruitment needs, delivering dashboard insights, and acting as the main liaison for talent opportunities while aligning with Arcadis’ sustainable design

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, deployment coordination or similar operational planning roles.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and employment law relevant to workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximise billability and forecast reliability.
• Monitor demand marketplace and support wider network with requests.
• Own 12‑week look ahead quality for team managers.
• Identify work and demand that can be planned in advance.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maximise use of pre-planning and soft booking practices.
• Support mobilization/demobilization of talent across projects.
• Be the primary contact for talent seeking new opportunities and document all information.
• Build strong networks with pursuit leaders and project managers to identify resource options.
• Establish and maintain strong networks with team managers and be solution-driven.
