Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Resource Planner to drive frontline workforce planning and support pursuits and projects by identifying and deploying talent. You will work with sector and service leaders and WFP Directors to manage conflicts and ensure data quality across the organization.

The role requires partnering with team managers, pursuit leaders and talent acquisition to forecast demand, plan workforce strategies and optimize utilization, while building strong networks and documenting information

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination within the AEC or related professional services industry.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting and how demand signals influence deployment decisions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with team/project leaders and talent partners.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends, labor markets and basic employment law relevant to workforce planning.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to identify data gaps and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximise billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage demand marketplace and support network with critical requests.
• Own 12-week look-ahead quality for teams within remit.
• Identify work and demand that can be planned in advance for design and engineering.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Identify recruitment needs and timely escalation to stakeholders.
• Maximise soft booking and pre-planning practices.
• Onboard new joiners and maintain profiles on WFP Tags.
• Build strong networks with pursuit leaders and project managers to identify resource options.
• Develop strong relationships with managers to provide recommendations and be known to them.
• Escalate supply/demand risks and engage WFP network for solutions.
• Support prioritisation of top-tier clients and major opportunities.
