Job summary

Arcadis in Chicago seeks a Resource Planner to drive workforce planning from the front lines, supporting pursuits and projects through talent deployment. You will work closely with Sector and Service leaders and WFP Directors to optimize demand, supply, and data quality.

You will build strong networks on the ground, manage dashboards and 12-week look aheads, and provide timely insights to enable informed decisions and proactive planning for design and engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination in AEC/Professional Services.
• Deep understanding of analytics and forecasting, billability impact on deployment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across managers, pursuit teams and talent functions.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends, employment law relevant to planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage team managers to maximise billability and forecast reliability.
• Own 12-week look-ahead quality for managers within remit.
• Identify work and demand for planning in Design & Engineering.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and align with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and enrich workforce data in systems.
