Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Resource Planner (Finance) to drive workforce planning from the front lines, supporting pursuits and projects with talent deployment and data quality.

You will build strong networks, collaborate with sector and service leaders, and act as the main contact for talent opportunities while maintaining up-to-date profiles in the system. This role anchors critical decision making and requires commercial awareness and stakeholder excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination in professional services.
• Deep understanding of analytics, forecasting and billability influence on deployments.
• Strong collaboration with managers, pursuit leaders and talent partners.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and basic employment law relevant to planning.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to improve data accuracy and completeness.
• Change management expertise to support new processes and tools.
• Knowledge of processes and systems driving workforce planning data and tags.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage demand, support wider network requests and keep look-ahead data quality.
• Own the 12-week look ahead accuracy for teams within remit.
• Identify work and demand for proactive pre-planning for Design & Engineering.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and engage stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maximize soft booking and pre-planning practices.
• Support mobilization and redeployment of talent to projects.
• Act as primary contact for talent seeking opportunities and maintain system records.
• Build strong network with managers and pursuit leaders for resource options.
• Maintain relationships and drive accountability across teams.
• Understand where and how to engage, and resolve data gaps.
• Assist onboarding and ensure WFP Tags are updated.
• Engage with sector/industry leads to understand client talent needs.
• Elevate supply/demand risks and communicate early warnings to directors.
• Act as a key contact in pursuits to source suitable talent or profiles.
