Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading high-value enterprise contract negotiations and procurement initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex vendor portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of procurement methodologies, sourcing strategies, financial analysis, and contract lifecycles management.
• Experience delivering measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Knowledge of legal technology, research platforms, AI-enabled information services, and vendor trends in US markets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a global R&I vendor management strategy aligned with firm objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing and renewal initiatives across legal, business, and knowledge-management vendors.
• Build strong relationships with global vendors to influence product roadmaps and service delivery.
• Oversee daily library budget management, renewals, and financial reporting.
• Partner with practice groups and leadership to ensure alignment with attorney and client goals.
• Provide data-informed recommendations to maximize ROI on information resources.
