Job summary

RKL LLP seeks a Resource Manager to partner with service-line leaders, aligning talent deployment and capacity with client needs and utilization goals. You will translate strategy into staffing plans, address capacity risks, and drive improvements in processes, data, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in resource management, advanced Excel skills, and experience in analytics, with a focus on professional services. Occasional travel and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 7+ years in resource management, workforce planning, capacity planning, scheduling, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to align workforce capacity with priorities and utilization goals.
• Experience analyzing workforce trends and developing forecasts, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Experience with workforce scheduling or professional-services automation tools such as ProStaff preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate service-line strategy, pipeline, and utilization objectives into staffing recommendations.
• Proactively address capacity risks and scheduling challenges.
• Improve resource-management processes, data quality, and reporting.
• Partner with service-line leaders and engagement teams to align capacity with client needs and plans.
