Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in a complex resort or hospitality setting.

• Ability to manage large capital projects.
• Four-season resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across resort operations.
• Lead annual operating budgets and capital budgets.
• Drive strategic direction with Ownership and SLT.
• Ensure guest experience, safety, and service standards.
• Represent the resort to owners, partners, and the community.
