Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Resilience Officer I in Atlanta to lead BC/DR planning, testing and governance across business units and technology partners.

You will drive policy alignment, coordinate with audit and regulatory teams, and apply data analytics to improve resilience. The role requires strong leadership, communication and project management skills in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of banking or related management experience.
• BC/DR knowledge and leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulatory factors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for BC/DR processes across units.
• Support and maintain BTCM policy and governance structures.
• Plan, organize, and manage work to meet goals.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish strong working relationships with key partners.
• Stay abreast of emerging risk management issues and apply learnings.
• Solve problems using a comprehensive understanding of operations.
• Use metrics and data analytics to drive solutions.
• Interact with leadership daily and work independently.
• Assist BTCM leadership with audits and regulatory examinations.
