Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in residential services or related human services.
• Experience supervising multiple residential programs or group homes.
• Strong knowledge of licensing requirements and regulatory standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all residential programs and group homes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and licensing regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor residential managers and leadership staff.
• Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, retention, training, and performance management.
• Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals served.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, funding agencies, and community partners.
• Analyze program outcomes and pursue continuous quality improvement.
