Job summary

ASML US, LP is seeking a Strategic Portfolio & Business Operations Manager – Research to drive maturity and execution by integrating portfolio management, governance, and financial coordination. You will ensure alignment of local and cross-site processes, and support strategy deployment with clear KPI tracking and reporting.

The role partners with Research leadership, program managers, finance, HR, PMO, and facilities to enable execution, while maturing governance, budgeting, headcount planning,

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio or program management and governance.
• Experience with cross-functional and cross-site stakeholders.
• Budget planning and headcount management experience.
• PMI certification or CAPM/PMP/IPMA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Balance Research portfolio with strategic priorities.
• Prepare updates for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate development and realization of Research strategy.
• Design and sustain governance structures for Research operations.
• Lead resource-management including budgets and headcount.
• Develop dashboards and reporting materials for stakeholders.
• Align plans with cross-site counterparts.
• Identify operational risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate Research meetings content and follow-ups.
• Maintain action trackers and knowledge transfer mechanisms.
