Job summary

ASML US, LP seeks a Strategic Portfolio and Business Operations Manager - Research to drive maturity and execution of the Research portfolio across sites. You will govern budget, headcount, capacity planning, and performance reporting, aligning with strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with Research leadership, finance, HR, and facilities to optimize processes, ensure timely communication, and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive portfolio, program or project management experience.
• Budget planning, latest-estimate coordination, and performance reporting experience.
• Experience supporting complex Research, R&D, or technical programs with cross-site stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready reporting formats.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and maintain a balanced Research project portfolio aligned with priorities and resources.
• Prepare portfolio, strategy, budget, capacity, and performance updates for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate development and realization of Research strategy, KPI tracking, and progress reporting.
• Design and sustain governance structures for Research operations including finance and headcount.
• Lead headcount planning, capacity analysis, and long-term financial planning.
