PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large research and grant administration projects within the Management Consulting practice. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape solutions for health services organizations, and drive client service delivery from planning through execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading research and grant administration activities for health services modernization initiatives
• Managing client-facing project workstreams across proposal development, grant tracking, and reporting processes
• Advising stakeholders on funding strategies, application requirements, and compliance documentation
• Coordinating data gathering, market research, and performance metric reviews to support funding decisions
• Applying analytical thinking and business data analytics to identify process gaps and improve operating effectiveness
• Developing process improvement recommendations for research workflows, grant submissions, and administrative controls
• Coaching teams on service delivery models, quality standards implementation, and issue resolution
• Translating complex program information into clear updates for leaders, clinicians, and external reviewers
