PwC in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager Research and Grant Administration Consultant to lead large multi-disciplinary projects within the Management Consulting practice. You will guide teams, shape solutions for health services organizations, and drive client service delivery from planning through execution.

This role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven process improvements to optimize grant workflows, research administration, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Experience in health services settings and grant administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and grant administration activities for health services modernization initiatives.
• Manage client-facing project workstreams across proposal development, grant tracking, and reporting processes.
• Advise stakeholders on funding strategies, application requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate data gathering, market research, and performance metric reviews to support funding decisions.
• Apply analytical thinking and business data analytics to identify process gaps and improve operating effectiveness.
• Develop process improvement recommendations for research workflows, grant submissions, and administrative controls.
• Coach teams on service delivery models, quality standards implementation, and issue resolution.
• Translate complex program information into clear updates for leaders, clinicians, and external reviewers.
