PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large research and grant administration projects within our Management Consulting practice. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and translate complex program information into clear updates for leaders and external reviewers.

This role focuses on research administration, grant management, process improvement, and service delivery for health services organizations, from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• Healthcare/health services environment knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead research and grant administration activities for health services modernization initiatives.
• Manage client-facing project workstreams across proposal development, grant tracking, and reporting processes.
• Advise stakeholders on funding strategies, application requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate data gathering, market research, and performance metric reviews to support funding decisions.
• Apply analytical thinking and business data analytics to identify process gaps and improve operating effectiveness.
• Develop process improvement recommendations for research workflows, grant submissions, and administrative controls.
• Coach teams on service delivery models, quality standards implementation, and issue resolution.
• Translate complex program information into clear updates for leaders, clinicians, and external reviewers.
