Responsibilities

• Advising stakeholders on funding strategies, application requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinating data gathering, market research, and performance metric reviews to support funding decisions.
• Applying analytical thinking and business data analytics to identify process gaps and improve operating effectiveness.
• Developing process improvement recommendations for research workflows, grant submissions, and administrative controls.
• Coaching teams on service delivery models, quality standards implementation, and issue resolution.
• Translating complex program information into clear updates for leaders, clinicians, and external reviewers.
