Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing project workstreams across proposal development, grant tracking, and reporting processes.
• Advise stakeholders on funding strategies, application requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate data gathering, market research, and performance metric reviews to support funding decisions.
• Apply analytical thinking and business data analytics to identify process gaps and improve operating effectiveness.
• Develop process improvement recommendations for research workflows and grant submissions.
• Coach teams on service delivery models, quality standards, and issue resolution.
• Translate complex program information into clear updates for leaders and external reviewers.
