Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of private practice or in-house legal experience.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and NY Bar admission.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and health privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including research-related agreements and technology transfer.
• Provide regulatory guidance, contract interpretation, and legal support to fast-track Roswell Park objectives.
• Interface with management across clinical, research, and administrative departments to minimize legal risk.
