You will review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including professional service agreements and affiliation agreements, and support the procurement and philanthropy teams with legal oversight.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 10 years of in-house counsel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on research issues including applicable federal and state laws and HIPAA/privacy matters.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and business agreements.
• Support Purchasing/Procurement with contract reviews related to new business and operations.
• Advise philanthropy on charitable giving and sponsorship agreements.
• Provide IP advisory regarding trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets; draft NDAs.
