Qualifications

• JD with active bar membership in good standing.
• Approximately 4–6 years experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating research contracts (e.g., CTAs, MTAs, DTAs, SRAs, CRAs, Multicenter agreements, Consortium Agreements, License Agreements).
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract law, IP, privacy, data use/export in healthcare/research contexts.

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate clinical research and related agreements for Early Drug Development.
• Develop relationships with EDD team and clinicians; maintain contract systems/databases; provide stakeholder updates.
