Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general advice to senior management on a day-to-day basis.
• Draft, review, analyze, structure and negotiate contracts and internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies and avoid risk.
• Oversee company litigation and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and special projects.
• Some travel to Jessup, PA.
