Job summary

LCS in Des Moines, IA seeks a Lead Analyst, Reporting to own key financial reporting deliverables end to end, including covenant reporting packages and board materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will partner with BI and data owners to validate data, drive standardization, and maintain reporting calendars, templates, and controls while supporting regulatory filings and due diligence requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent years of experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently apply professional judgment within owned reporting and compliance deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly CAM reporting deliverables with data validation and variance investigation.
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules and respond to non-standard reporting with documentation and controls.
• Submit assigned regulatory and industry reports ensuring deadlines and formats are met.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting with auditable inputs and definitions.
• Coordinate resolution of data issues with BI, IT, and data owners to ensure data governance.
