Job summary

LCS is seeking a Lead Analyst, Reporting to own key reporting and compliance deliverables end to end, ensuring financial outputs are accurate and delivered on time. You’ll lead complex schedules including covenant reporting and board/owner reporting with robust documentation and controls.

This role collaborates with BI and data owners, performing data validation, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining calendars and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in accounting, reporting, or finance roles.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Strong documentation and audit readiness discipline.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly CAM reporting deliverables with data validation and variance analysis.
• Prepare board/owner schedules and nonstandard reporting with controls.
• Submit regulatory and industry reports, ensuring format and deadlines.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting with audit trail.
• Coordinate data governance and issue resolution across BI/IT and owners.
• Maintain reporting calendars, templates, and standard work instructions.
• Support third-party tax and unclaimed property activities with schedules.
