Job summary

LCS is seeking a Lead Analyst, Reporting to own end-to-end reporting and compliance deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will drive covenant reporting packages, validation, and variance analysis while partnering with BI and data owners.

In this role you will manage complex journal entries, reconciliations, and regulator reporting with strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness. Collaboration with leaders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent years of experience.
• 4-6 of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Demonstrated experience independently owning complex reporting deliverables.
• Ability to apply professional judgment under minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly CAM reporting deliverables with data validation and variance investigations.
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules and respond to non-standard reporting needs.
• Submit regulatory and industry reports on time with supporting documentation.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting with audit trails.
• Coordinate data issue resolution with BI, IT and process owners.
• Maintain reporting calendars, templates and standard work instructions.
• Support third-party compliance activities and due diligence requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
