Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales, operations, marketing, or business analytics.
• Experience with developing executive-level deliverables (VP/SVP level).
• Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reporting intake funnel management, requirement gathering sessions, and manage the end-to-end Jira ticket submission process.
• Interface with multiple teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Work with Data Science on prioritization and delivery of channel reporting needs.
• Create and maintain executive-appropriate presentations to communicate reporting roadmaps.
• Provide ongoing reporting support by addressing front-end user questions and coordinating resolutions.
