Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience, including analytics or operations.
• Experience in sales, operations, marketing, or business analytics.
• Experience developing executive-level deliverables (VP/SVP level).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reporting intake funnel management and end-to-end Jira ticket submission.
• Interface with multiple teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Collaborate with Data Science on prioritization and delivery of reporting needs.
• Create executive-ready presentations to communicate roadmaps.
• Provide ongoing reporting support and resolve front-end user questions.
