Job summary

Life Care Services-US is seeking a Lead Analyst, Reporting to own key financial reporting and compliance deliverables from end to end. You will lead the preparation of complex schedules, validate data, and drive standardization in partnership with BI and upstream data owners.

This role requires strong GAAP knowledge and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The position focuses on monthly CAM reporting, board/owner packet preparation, regulatory reporting, and covenant calculations, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years progressive accounting, reporting, or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Ability to independently own complex journal entries, reconciliations, or reporting.
• Experience with data validation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned monthly CAM reporting deliverables with validation and variance analysis.
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules with documentation and controls.
• Submit regulatory and industry reports on time with supporting docs.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting with audit trail.
• Coordinate data governance and issue resolution with BI and IT.
• Maintain reporting calendars, trackers, templates, and standard work.
• Support third-party compliance activities and tax-related schedules.
• Assist due diligence financial requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
