Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting team in Columbus. The role focuses on consolidation, high-quality financial reporting, and supporting external stakeholders with accurate statements.

You will drive the monthly close, maintain consolidation processes, and communicate results to business partners while leveraging Planful, Hyperion, SAP, and Workday. CPA preferred, 3–5 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related business discipline required.
• Two to Four years professional/public accounting experience required; public company experience preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting to produce high-quality, accurate, timely financial statements and schedules.
• Maintain consolidation accounting processes and policies; controls over financial reporting.
• Drive monthly financial close processes in accordance with GAAP, from journal entries through review/explanation of financial statements.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports, presentations, and data for external investors/banks/auditors.
• Prepare reconciliations of intercompany balances required for financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial analysis of key accounts as requested.
• Maintain knowledge on Accounting Principles and market trends.
• Communicate financial results to business partners and other users of statements.
