Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a CPFR Analyst to join our team in Rogers, AR. The role focuses on developing replenishment forecasts to influence Costco's replenishment, inventory levels, and purchase orders, with emphasis on promotional planning, volume spikes, seasonal activity, and new item launches.

You will partner with Planning, Customer Development, and the customer to align demand forecasts, monitor inventory trends, and drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring service

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or Customer Service experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Technical understanding of SAP/SSAS and MS Office.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop replenishment forecasts capturing demand and inventory objectives.
• Facilitate recurring meetings with Costco and Customer Development stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Development to develop realistic demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels, in-stock fluctuations, and POS trends.
• Drive continuous improvement in the order-to-cash cycle.
