LanceSoft, Inc. seeks a Supply Network Planning Analyst to support end-to-end supply, inventory, and distribution planning across the value stream in Jacksonville, FL.

The role blends planning fundamentals with advanced analytics, reporting automation, and digital capabilities to improve visibility, service, inventory health, and decision making, while partnering with cross-functional teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in supply chain planning and analytics.
• Experience translating large datasets into actionable insights.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Alteryx, Databricks, SQL.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Propagate net requirements upstream and constrained supply plans downstream across conversion and distribution nodes.
• Create and support RCCP and MPS processes with capacity, risk, trade-offs, and multi-site constraints.
• Analyze inventory performance across FG, RM, WIP, and SLOB inventories.
• Review distribution forecasts, plan receipts, manage inventory transfers, and coordinate movement between nodes.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Tableau or Power BI.
• Automate recurring planning and inventory reporting processes.
• Build and maintain data workflows using Alteryx, Databricks, SQL.
• Build strong partnerships with supply chain, planning, finance, digital, site, and affiliates.
