Aufgaben

• Review procurement queue and analyze items for potential purchases.
• Ensure material is placed on order and follow up with vendors.
• Coordinate flow of material from vendor to customer in a timely fashion.
• Follow up on order changes, cancellations, or returns and related fees.
• Evaluate daily purchasing reports and prioritize purchase orders.
• Maintain purchasing parameters to ensure accurate inventory reports.
• Initiate and verify price changes in the inventory system.
• Monitor open orders and update projected delivery dates.
