Job summary

Prattwhitney in Hartford, CT is seeking a Repair Integration and Execution Manager for the F135 Sustainment PMO. This onsite role requires a strong STEM background and a decade-plus of engineering leadership experience to drive repair value-stream integration.

You will lead cross-functional teams, improve repair processes, and coordinate planning with engineering, logistics, and operations to ensure effective execution and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• Extensive leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience is essential.
• Strong systems engineering background and analytical thinking are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and integrate program requirements across the repair value stream.
• Serve as the Repair IPT Lead (IPTL) ensuring effective information flow, integration, and escalation.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the Repair Value Stream.
• Lead Second Interval Expansion repair activities and prioritization.
• Support early ECU repair planning and development activities.
• Integrate systems and processes across ASE, Eagle Supply, engineering, logistics, operations, supply chain, and the broader sustainment organization.
• Collaborate across organizations to achieve enterprise goals.
• Develop strategies to improve repair demand forecasting accuracy.
