Prattwhitney in Hartford, CT is seeking a Repair Integration and Execution Manager for the F135 Sustainment PMO. This onsite role requires a strong STEM background and a decade-plus of engineering leadership experience to drive repair value-stream integration.

You will lead cross-functional teams, improve repair processes, and coordinate planning with engineering, logistics, and operations to ensure effective execution and forecasting accuracy.

Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)

U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary range: $157,200 – $298,800 USD.

What You Will Do

• Drive and integrate program requirements across the repair value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• 12 years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 10 years of engineering experience.
• Proven project management, communication, teamwork, and strategic leadership skills.
• Strong systems engineering background with demonstrated technical acumen.
• Demonstrated experience delivering results in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of management.
• Ability to lead across a matrixed enterprise.
• Strong analytical thinking and systems integration skills.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong business judgment and customer‑focused mindset.
• Familiarity with the F135 program, sustainment operations, or military propulsion systems.
• Experience in risk management and process improvement.
