Harper, an AI-native commercial insurance company, seeks an Account Executive for Renewals to own renewal conversations and term decisions across a large, high-velocity book. You’ll start early, review changes in business and exposures, and determine the best renewal approach with experts.

You will lead client discussions, explain options and pricing, and ensure completion items are bound for the next term. Relocation is possible to Atlanta, SF, or NYC given the on-site role.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance license required within ~30 days of start; Harper pays for training and licensing.
• Experience handling renewal conversations and renewal strategy.
• Ability to build trust and explain pricing/coverage clearly.

Responsibilities

• Start renewal planning early to determine the best renewal approach (renew in place, remarket, change structure, or add coverage).
• Lead the customer conversation, explain options, price, conditions, and deadlines.
• Own the renewal outcome records and next steps for each account.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing books without forcing changes.
• Maintain a large, complex renewal book with multiple clocks and levels.
