Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Client Account Manager to understand project pipelines and strategically pursue targeted opportunities. You will guide capture strategy with the Capture Team and act as the primary client contact through the proposal process, ensuring alignment with client needs, schedules, and deliverables.

You will influence strategic partnerships, oversee development phases, and contribute to winning projects in solar, energy storage, and EPC contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 4 to 7+ years in the EPC industry required, and experience in multiple departments within EPC is a plus.
• Previous experience in Business Development, Estimating, Proposals, or Project Management
• Preference given for experience in Solar, Renewable Energy or Power Generation.

Responsibilities

• Promote Primoris Renewable Energy services to customers and decision makers.
• Research markets and market trends; provide recommendations.
• Assess information on new perspective clients and pursue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategic Clients on development strategies and project plans.
• Pursue work to secure backlog and meet financial forecasts.
• Communicate opportunities internally and develop capture strategies.
