Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to coordinate Long-Term Manufacturing Agreement planning, balancing supply, service and cost while supporting finished goods and bulk planning. The role collaborates with CoMan, internal teams, and external partners to optimize inventory and service levels.

The position is primarily remote, with a preference for East Coast-based candidates to accommodate trainings and in-person meetings, and requires strong analytical and leadership skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or business.
5+ years in supply chain roles with leadership impact.
SAP S&OP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end coordination of Long-Term Manufacturing Agreement planning.
Maintain alignment with business priorities and KPIs.
Develop reporting, KPI measurement, and tools for planning.
Lead monthly production reviews with CoMan.
Identify capacity issues early and communicate findings.
