Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales and marketing initiatives across distribution channels from its Radnor, PA area. You will partner with Marketing and internal teams to develop campaigns, train sales staff, and deliver financial planning tools to advisors and clients.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering value-added strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services sales and/or marketing focused on annuities, retirement plans, long term care, and/or life insurance.
• 1–3+ years of experience with financial planning and/or digital tools platforms.
• Experience with iCapital, MoneyGuide, eMoney or similar tools.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 license to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Marketing to support sales campaigns across distribution channels.
• Maintains productive relationships with internal partners, external sales management, and customers to grow market share.
• Creates complex narratives and models to support sales concepts.
• Implements training on financial planning and digital tools concepts.
• Acts as subject matter expert for advisors and stakeholders to add value.
• Provides training to Lincoln producers and wholesalers on product strategy and competitive advantages.
• Works with Market Insights and Relationship Management to determine platform access and training.
