Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across Relationship Management/Sales, Risk, and Investment. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while building talent pipelines and guiding strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence to understand workforce needs, apply market intelligence, and continuously improve recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in talent acquisition aligned to the role responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to consult with hiring managers and provide strategic guidance.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers across our Relationship Management/Sales, Risk, and Investment lines.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with leadership and HR to understand workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
• Use metrics and market intelligence to improve recruiting effectiveness and outcomes.
• Promote employer brand through sourcing strategies, platforms, and candidate engagement.
• Manage interview process, scheduling, events, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare hiring teams to assess talent and support informed decisions.
• Evaluate candidates and provide guidance throughout selection.
• Utilize sourcing tools and market research to engage active and passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within ATS and ensure compliance.
• Share best practices with junior recruiters and contribute to a high-performing team.
