Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Toledo, OH seeks a senior client relationship manager to serve as the primary liaison between TCS and client leadership. You will develop trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs and VP IT, drive customer satisfaction, and lead revenue growth through proactive engagement.

You will oversee SAP, AMS, infrastructure, data & analytics, cyber security, digital, and automation initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and risk management across onsite and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager between TCS and client leadership for the Toledo area accounts.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with CIO, VP IT, business process owners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction, business value realization, and account growth through proactive engagement.
• Identify business opportunities, transformation initiatives, and innovation themes across the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain account technology roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and TCS offerings.
