Job summary

My3tech-Inc is seeking a strategic partner with IT experience to collaborate with district stakeholders, guide program delivery, and help shape technology initiatives across the agency. The role emphasizes relationship building, influence, and escalation management within service, product and project lifecycles.

You will work with cross-functional teams, translate strategy into actionable plans, and ensure value-driven outcomes while maintaining credibility and trust with partners at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in IT (SDLC/Agile/Procurement).
• Experience in IT with SDLC, Agile, and technology procurements.
• Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills with leadership at all levels.
• Ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner.
• Conflict negotiation experience with difficult customers.
• Share ownership and drive team results with focus on purpose and value.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution as a thinker.
• Experience in Product Line planning, development and management.
• BRMP Certification.
