• Meet with agency leadership up to the executive level regularly.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure continuous delivery of products and services.
• Partner with districts to act as focal point for IT management and escalations.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap with product lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned business partners.
• Coordinate work across project managers and service/operations managers.
• Identify opportunities for new services and technical innovations.
• Manage expectations related to ITD engagement and service delivery.
• Oversee escalations related to procurements, projects, and service requests.
• Communicate customer needs and align with production operations and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with VDOT and VITA policies.
