You will network with brokers, architects, project managers, and facility decision-makers, represent Rightsize at events, and collaborate with sales and operations to drive growth.

• Experience in the commercial interiors industry with a sizable existing network of industry contacts.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, developing trust, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Thrives out in the field, meeting with industry partners and expanding your network.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with industry partners such as brokers, architects, project managers, property managers and other workplace decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities where Rightsize can support partners and their clients with furniture and facility services solutions.
• Maintain regular in-person meetings, lunches, office visits and networking engagements with key industry contacts.
• Help bring Rightsize into client projects by positioning our team as a trusted resource.
• Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to help convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Represent Rightsize at industry events, trade shows, and networking organizations.
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and partnership development.
